I’ll bite:
Internet radio streams don’t pay Mechanical royalties so that line should be deleted.
On-Demand streams don’t pay public performance royalties so that line should be deleted, also it shouldn’t be called a mechanical royal for streams (streaming mechanical).
Digital sales should pay the songwriters/publishers the statutory rate off the top and pass the extra revenue along to the owner of the SR who can then distribute the royalties as they agreed in their recording contract.
1 and 3 correct. But 2 incorrect. There is a PP on demand streaming.
